We're pleased to share that Douglas Steers & Company has once again been recognised in the Financial Times Adviser Top 100, marking our seventh consecutive year among the UK's leading financial advice firms.

While it's always encouraging to receive recognition for the work we do, there's something particularly satisfying about reaching this milestone for the seventh year running. Unlike many industry awards, the FT Adviser Top 100 doesn't require firms to submit an application or put themselves forward for consideration. That makes this recognition especially meaningful to us.

Over the past seven years, Douglas Steers & Company has grown considerably. We've welcomed new colleagues, developed our team of financial advisers and continued to expand the number of individuals, families and businesses we support. But while the business has evolved, the principles behind the way we work have remained much the same.

We believe that good financial advice starts with understanding people, not simply their finances. It means taking the time to get to know our clients, understanding what matters to them and building relationships that can last for many years. Perhaps most importantly, it means delivering that same level of care and attention consistently, regardless of how much the business grows.

Our advisers, administrators and wider support teams all play an important part in the experience we provide to our clients, and this recognition is a reflection of their continued hard work and commitment.

We're grateful, too, to the clients who continue to place their trust in us, many of whom have been with us for a considerable number of years.

Seven years is a milestone worth celebrating, but our focus remains where it has always been: continuing to provide thoughtful, independent financial advice and helping our clients plan for the future with confidence.
